I was called by a Time Warner Sales Person and they asked if I would want change my Phone Service to Time Warner and bundle it with my existing Cable and Internet that I had with TW. They said if I switched then I would receive a 100.00 American Express gift card for switching to TW telephone. So I did. After 2 months of waiting for the 100.00 gift card which I never received I called TW. They informed me I needed to register the "switch" on a website, and send in my old phone bill from the previous company. None of this was disclosed to me on the phone when I switched services and it was not mentioned when they came to install the telephone modem. So now I proceed and register the " Switch" and email the last telephone bill but on the website and it says all this has to be completed in 30 days of switching. It's been over 2 months. WHAT A SCAM!!!!!!! I'm sure I will not receive the 100.00 gift card. And I'm waiting for a "Supervisor" to call me back regarding this. Riiiiight!!! Again SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!
