Same as the others. I signed up and paid for a 1 time triple bureau report with my credit score since I was buying a new car. A month later I saw a charge from them on my bank account again. When I called the guy told me that I'd agreed to join some Experian monitoring service and did not call within the 7 day period to cancel. At first he said there was nothing he could do but when I told him I was submitting a fraud complaint with my bank and contacting the Better Business Bureau he magically was able to reverse the charges and close my account.
I will NEVER use this site again.
