I bought £38 worth of kitchen handles from them. Money was immediately taken and order acknowledged. These kind of items can often take time so I waited a month before trying to contact them. Their phone number is just an answerphone and there was no response to emails.
Fortunately I paid by paypal so have been able to escalate to a paypal claim. They never responded to the paypal claim so should soon get the money back.
