Here is what their email says:
"Thank you for e mailing our human resources division concerning the available position. You seem more than experienced for our available position. Our HR manager has narrowed the 100's of resumes we have acquired down to 6 and you have been chosen to move on to the the final phase in the hiring process. Please see below for the occupation description.
Job requirements: Great print/verbal interaction skills in order to perform secretarial duties including answering phones and logging messages, the preparation of mailings, the order and upkeep of stock amounts, simple xeroxing, ordinary filing and e mailing, and typing correspondence. We will offer further exact details at our interview.
Hours: 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (Hours can be somewhat bendable if required)
Salary for this opening: 12 - 14.50 per hour (we will determine eventual wages at some stage in the interview reliant on experience)
Our hiring process is nearly complete. We only ask for you to finish a simple IQ(Intelligence Quotient) test to present to the Human Resources manager.
