EXCUSES NOT TO PAY, EVEN THOUGH MY MD HAS WRITTEN TO THEM ON THEIR FORM THAT THIS IS NECESSARY. THEY HAVE DISREGARDED HIS FINDINGS, ALSO THEY HAVE JUST INCREASED MY YEARLY PAYMENT
OVER $1000. THEY HAVE BLITZED ME WITH SO MUCH
PAPER WORK, HOPING I WILL GIVE UP. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON MORE THAN A YEAR NOW, THIS IS A SCAM NOT INSURANCE. I HAVE ALSO SENT YOU WRITTEN INFO CONCERNING THIS MATTER.THANKS FOR READING THIS
