Time Warner refuses to deliver services and goods as promised. False advertising, lack of respect to customer, hiding information, refusal to play recorded conversations. Do not provide services as advertised. Refuse to provide a gift card as promised. Would listen to you screams, slowly interrupting you and making you feel guilty for interrupting them. Either lack of customer service or general company rule.

Customer for 18 years, never been a hard one for the company. Patiently followed their yearly services increases. In November of 2012 fell into believe that triple play bundle will allow not only provide some small monthly bill saving, but also will allow bills consolidation along with small 150 bucks reward card from best buys store.

Ever since that my interact tion with time Warner is a horrific experience. Unable to prove my words as they are refusing to replay previous recorded conversations. They make it very hard to reach the supervisor or someone who actually cares about you.

I have started a wave of complaints as my last call to TWC accidentally become a last drop in the ocean of my patience. It took 3 tries for them to install phone service as tech just did not showed up, took me a month to get someone who had actually listened and agreed that I am correct. I as placed on long hold back on January 15th 2013 and then was told that everything is taken care of and gift card will be sent. Next day same person called my cell phone and confirmed that card is sent. I was told to call TWC if card not received by end of February.

And fool me… I have believed him. Well I have called today to check why card is not at my possession yet. First rep told me that I have to wait 90 days, when I asked for supervisor – I was told that she cannot transfer and supervisor will call me right back. I have provided my cell. No one called. I have then called again and asked for supervisor.

That guy was a patient one, Result of conversation – my package is not eligible. Al of a sudden in the end of conversation he sees that on day I have mentioned there is a note that card is sent. His reply – this is ok, just a typo, you are not eligible because you are not eligible.
