I entered into a contract with Davison on 7/25/2011. After a year and a half all I have received is a rendering of a product they represent as built, which I have no proof of, and it is supposedly being looked at by Comfort Products. I told my contact at Davison that the rendering was nothing like what I was promissed, looked cheap and incomplete and was not workable as presented. All my complaints seem to fall on deaf ears and received the same rhetoric no matter who I talked to. Today I was informed that Comfort rejected their poorly made prototype that totally misrepresented what I paid dearly for. My complaint seems to mirror all the others I have read. I would like to be involved in a class action suit with others for breach of contract, deceptive sales, and false claims
