Contract is misleading, and when I questioned it. He gave me an answer that was not true but I believed him. Scam Scam Scam. I questioned the "lifetime membership". Gary Zehenden said that is so that Ocean Cayon can not take my money than canceled the membership. It would be for life. But I could terminate my membership at any time.

- Ocean Canyon Properties got us for $5,000 and we can't sell it according to them because we took out a 5 year membership. So we have a membership that we can't use and it's good until 2016. This is a scam so far as I'm concerned. Severely disappointed because that 3 days, 4 night thing was promoted in Camping World. Boy, we all got screwed.
