This collector was asked repeatly not to contact my place of employment, as I am not allowed to receive personal phone calls. This debt collector was given my personal cell number for further contact. They failed to keep any matters in confidentiality, called and lied on how they were with Fraud investigations for the state, and how if i did not call them back they would have a warrrant for my arrest.
I am filing a harrasement charge with the local police and will persue in a court of Law, public apology as well as restitution of my two days lost from work, as I got sent home for two days, due to the messages left by these people.
BBB will also hear what i have to say about these unprofessional idiots!
