ordered a runescape account from this site. after i paid through pay-pal the live chat operator told me i would have to wait one month to get all details of account changed to mine. i waited one month then the live chat operator told me to wait 3 months. i i put my pay-pal money on a claim to have pay-pal resolve the issue. the account4rs.com co. sold my runescape account i had purchased from them. i found this out after i released the money to get the account back. they then told me to pick another account at same or lesser value. they would only refund me if i sent them 209.05 through western union. that did not make any sense. now im stuck with an account that i did not want in the first place and they still have access to the account an can take it back at anytime. this site states its their rule to wait one month but on the web site it says nothing of the sort. i was told that as soon as they got the money from pay-pal the account information would be given to me and i would not have to wait when i purchased it. all lies from this company and very rude telemarketers. this company knows that pay-pal does not cover digital goods and that your bank will only help if its 45 days or less. also most banks dont deal with over seas transactions like mine. basically this site has a webpage and backing to steal money. thanks to pay-pal for false hope of security.
