I needed a document notarized for power of attorney -- the staff was utterly unwilling to help and refused to noatize the document in time for me to make it to the embassy where I had an appointment.
The staff was not only incompetent, they are racial bullies and deceitful at the most in defending their actions once I pointed out their mistaken basius for denying me notary services.
Their reason was that they need to consult the legal department - which would have taken forever. So I not only missed my embassy appointment and lost the whole week for my real estate transactions, but also endured the most shameless and brazen racial and ethnic profiling - they even referred to me as Iraqi (I am not) as they happen to be mostly eatern eropean women with a pimpish latino acting as their guardian to get away with this ethnic discrimination and bullying.
