I received a magazine called Small Business Opportunities,I saw an ad about a mailing program called At Home Publishing were I had to send $40.00 and they were going to mail there letters which I had to mail to people around the world and I would make $2.00 for each letter I mailed out. They cash my check on 1/22/13 and I have not received anything from the Company. They don't have a number to be reached at or web site. all I want is my money back.I will send a report to the NV police department and I know people that live there and have them check out this place.It is pretty sick the way some people take advantage of poeple that our down and out. If I find out who is doing this I will press charges against them. Thank you

We pride ourselves in 100% satisfaction guarantee. If did not get your package, please email us immediately with your name, email, phone, address and the estimated date of purchase. Without such information this we cannot possibly know who you are or even how to resolve this issue. Often times we have seen that even though we tell our customers to print your name legibly on the order form, some individuals choose to not do so and cause your order to become undeliverable by the US Post Office.
If you had directly informed us by mail or email, that you did not get your order, we would have immediately sent you a replacement. However, you chose to contact this 3rd party website, again omitting your customer/contact information and therefore continue to make it impossible for us to resolve this issue.
Please send us your information, we will then research our database, confirm your address we have on file and the date the order was shipped. We will also send you a replacement information kit immediately. Please allow us to help you vs making it impossible to know who you are.
