THE SITE ASK FOR A DOLLAR TO CHK AN VIN#, I CHECKS MY ACCOUNT AND THEY PUT ME @ AN NEGATIVE IN MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. NO WHERE ON THE SITE STATES ADDITIONAL FEE'S. I WAS TRYING TO GO TO THE HOME PAGE OR THE CONTACT US LINK, "NOTHING" I WANT MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE THEY TOOK MY MONEY WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND CAUSING ME TO PAY OVER DRAFT FEES AS WELL.

- The exact same thing happened to me! Now I can't even get a hold of anyone at the number listed. They never asked me for a password when I signed up and now I can't get into the account, i am so upset.

Do not trust www.CarVinChecks.com, their phone # doesn’t work and they will continue you to charge you at least $24.95 every month. Terms of this billing are hidden in the fine print.
Follow these steps to get your money back and stop future charges:
Call the phone number for your credit card company, it’s located on the back of the credit card you used. Tell them you want to dispute both the $1, and all the $24.95 charges they charged you, its important to check as often they have charged you for several months. You must dispute both the $1 and $24.95 charges to ensure you get your money back for everything, and to ensure you don’t receive any future charges. Tell them you want to dispute the charges as you never agreed to them, often it takes less than five minutes to get your money back and stop future charges.
Once you have contacted your credit card company and they have refunded you, please contact the law firm Edelson McGuire. They are currently setting up a class action again -
