Placed an order on January 13, 2013. Credit card was processed and funds were paid out on January 14, 2013. It is now February 17, 2013 and I have received no product or any communications from 888Knivesrus. I have repeatedly called and sent emails with no response or answers. Their "on-line" chat is always off-line and it would appear they are no longer honoring sales, just taking money.
I had purchased from them before many years ago and had no problems so I thought it would be safe to return however now that I have been ripped off I did a little research and see that there are many complaints filed against them and you wonder how they are able to stay in business with the credit card companies and the state of Florida, is there no oversight?
Bottom line, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM 888KNIVESRUS.
