Liftnd glow charged money from my account without my permission.
Apparently they are allowed to (small disclaimer link at the bottom of the page.)
I called them and cancelled , threatened to report them, got their word for a refund and that they would send me a mail to confirm - byt have still not recieved anything written to confirm it.
How do I proceed?
