Subject: Your inheritance of £50,478.41

.... For 30 years, Miller & Spencer has been the trusted partner of its clients for the excecution and payment of inheritances, dividends or varied financial transcations of substantial value.

.... we execute their last will and testament.

You are one of the beneficiaries of the inheritance of several million pounds from one of our clients.

The departed benfactors who wished to remain anonymous made his fortune in the IT field, primarily hardware and software....

Here it is in black and white since there is no doubt: you are one of there people selected, Mr XXXXX. Absolutely! You are the heirs that our client's computer programme named as beneficiary.

Believe it or not, Mr XXXXX, the share if the inheritance destined for you is nothing less than £50,478.41

Please return the documents before the deadline of 10 days so that we can rapidly take all steps required for payment.

Note - 10 days from the date of the letter was 24 December 2012 and it arrived at my house on 3 January 2013


Enclosed with the letter was a form that asked for £50 or £60 to be sent by different means before a cheque would be sent out.

I scored out the options and added the following>

"I authorise the administrator to deduct the amount of £50 send it

Also requested was my date of birth and I wrote "this will be provided to a solicitor"

I also wrote, "Prove that this is not a fraudulant scheme by sending me the money" and signed the form as requested.

I posted the form back to them to see what would happen next.
