He claims his name was Mark Thomas and he named a David Sullivan and Carlos Perez as Level 9 Security Officers would be assigned to pick up $998.00 to pay off legal fees in order for me to win $475,000 from the American Clearing House because I was 2nd place winner of this sweep stake and that this money would have to be paid in advance to get this pay off check from American Clearing House. It would be a premium exit delivery with security #SN00168. Do no open if envelope is not yellow with golden trim. I was advised not to tell anyone because he would'nt want anything to happen to me and my family. I asked for a verification number and was given the name of Mark Thomas 516-855-4823 extension 2000 as his contact number and was constantly advised not to tell anyone anything.
