I have been using the credit report service, and satisfied. As I received about 4 credit cards since getting the credit report, I was thinking of stopping service at that moment and using Scoresense again when I have a need to get another card. That was 30th December 2012. However, I could not find a person to discuss this because the phone service says that on 30th and 31st of December you do not work. Just like Scoresense has reasons for not being at work on some specific days, I called a few days later after my personal business to cancel my membership and get refund- I remember it was around January 4th. The representative said that he would submit but refund is not guaranteed and I had to call again to cancel membership and not get charged for February. I could not understand because most businesses simply cancel the charge they made when the customer did not recognize the continuation of service and asked refund within a short period of time. I have used no Scoresense service since the last December and it was because Scoresense was not working on the day I wanted to tell, and in this case business should accommodate the customers’ need. But on January 7th I received an email saying that they denied the request. It was a mistake that I tried to think it as my fault that I ended the conversation because it was very frustrating, when I have consumer’s rights to ask stronger what I want.
Now I realize that it was my another mistake not to cancel it at that moment, simply believing his comment that I had to call again near February 1st, because the membership was cancelled immediately this time when I call them, after getting charged again when I did not acknowledge and thought it has been already cancelled. As can be expected, my refund request was denied again. I ended up paying $59.9 for the service I never used. The representatives were speaking long to offer discounts for next months but never listened to my request of immediate cancellation and refund, I had to repeat my words until they suddenly speak loudly and turn arrogant. I felt very insulted and annoyed. Is this the way Scoresense do customer service?
