AS many of the other people have stated this company is a scam. They do not respond to customer complaints either by email or phone. It was suppose to be a travel industry timeshare exchange company. The website was substandard and exchanges expensive!! I was only able to enter their website on one occasion regardless of my access code and when I contacted them via email got no response!! I want our money back and they should be put out of business all together!!
