they charged my mobile phone bill without parenta authorization for something my daughter did not even receive and said someone must have stone her phone and used the credits on another account that wasn't even linked to the phone they charged it too. They should atleast make sure that someone over the age of consent can even make these authorizations and that they are going to an account that is linked to someone over the age of 18 that has an account that is receiving said credits. charged for credits not even sent to my childs account
