I contacted by Kennedy Financial regarding a loan for $8000, I was told that a deposit of $800+ would be needed to secure the loan and then I was told the investor needed more to secure the loan, which was another $600+. I was to receive my loan on 8/18/2011, but suddenly the investor wouldn't release funds. Subsequently I was told that the company attorneys would be involved and would contact me, that never happened. I was told I would receive of refund of monies and fees paid, this only occurred after I made a complaint with BBB. I was sent a letter from them indicating the amount and date the monies would be returned, 9/1/2011.The monies weren't returned I have call more than 20 times and no response and as of today the number is no longer in service. The only reason I needed the loan was to finish paying for my mother's funeral and now I can't. If I could find a way to have them all arrested I would.
