I purchased a trial size sample of their product on 9/26/12 and paid the shipping of $4.95. I notified them that I did not want to continue the product. I was billed $187.98 on my Oct. Visa card. Procellix credited me $120. My December bill indicated another charge of $187.98 although I never received any more of the product and they had cancelled my account. Please help!
