I sign up on the internet for loan and I got call the next day for a representative for herron gate loan center say I was approved for a loan up to $20000 so I did some back ground checking can't find nothing so I call Colleen Murdoch back at ext.250 and I asked was it a scam and she said no then she said in order to get the loan I had to 5 months of the loan up front I was think they must want the interest up front so I agreed to gave my email address they emailed me a picture of a cashier check with the name of a Marvin p Thompson #0347927. Routing #114000019 account #001641003755 from a Virginia bank name bank of America #800-446-0135 and they said the same check had been cashed three time. You call the # that I typed in ask for your. So before you send money off to some people like these people do a background check on the company it only took one day to do my research and I still got my money I had a funny feeling about it so I played the p I investigater

  • after reading this, I was almost sick to my stomach. I send my deposit of $2000.00 last evening. However about 1 in a half ago my money was deposited. hhheeeww what a relief. So I give this boston charcter 2 thumbs down. Dont provide false information you could give someone a heart attack. What a relief...

  • i sent money too, I receive my loan. It was a bit longer than they said it would be. But it was my bank that held it up cause the amount. Dont worry you are in good hands alisha. They helped me do something i was trying to do for 1 year now, so glad i found them.

  • question for alisha, did you get your money yet? if you sent your money on the 19th, today is the 22nd. when i was talking to rep she said that money wld be direct deposited the with 48 hours.

  • No I didn't receive anything if you type 800 notes then you will see what I'm talking bout or check with the better business bureau and they know hglc and you wont be able find in either state Oregon or Maine

  • question to jjmartin, how long did it take before you received your money? I submitted a request to ask a question to a professional and I was told that the website was only created on 9/7/2011. She strongly suggested that I dont trust them. Most legit companies will just take thier portion off the top of the amount rather than you sending them your money before you get the loan. I am very worried. can you provide any info that could put my mind at ease?

  • Nothing but told everybody what they was up to trying to scam people who really trying to get loan. So how much did you send them. Cause they told me to send in 1238 dollars so I could collect from bank accoumt

  • They claim it takes 5 to 8 days ; but who knows.
    They also said something about the federal reserve , but I checked with my bank numerous of times and they show nothing coming in.

  • what worries me is that the others that said they already received thier loan wont repond back to my blog. Its only me and you that are currently conversing with the same situation. I am also nervous. My lawyer wants to charge me $250 but I dont have that money right now. guess where it all went? I have been on line trying to find some other information. I found thier location in portland maine and called the businesses in that same office building and they never heard of them.

    Today when I tried to call ; my number wouldn't go thru to their phone systems , but I used a diff phone and got thru. Of course there was no answer

    I can't find any info on them. I've hired a Private Investigator and it's not looking good.

    They are very aware of this blog. Coincidence ? I think not.

You see, I grew up in boston, and should have followed my instincts and listened to the one person that knew the truth. Please let it be known on this blog, that Herron Gate Loan company is a total scam. As a matter of fact, I did a google search of their address in portland me and called the other companies that are listed for this address. Every suite # I called, never heard of Herron gate loan. So they use a business building that houses many other types of business as a front for their location. Scammers are very very good at covering their ass. No location and nobody to contact. Who even knows if they are even using their real names. No trail. unbelievable!!!!

  • See I told you that it was a scam when I call the bank and them they said that. That same cashier's check had been cashed three time's already I told y'all I wasn't lying see. And the one who commenting was people that work with the doing the scam but I'm sorry to here that you got scam now they probably looking at this blog laughing but I don't think that's right how they do people and I tried to warn other's but they let them think I was crazy and mad cause I didn't get the loan and it was supposed to be a sample check but I told then bank of America wanted to talk then the phone just ring nobody answer put call me block and want me to take down the blog talking bout there legal team I told have them call and if they was a real company I would go CNN with a public apology. But they stop calling so I'm sorry it had happen to you how did tell you to send in they 1238 dollars and I asked myself what loan company want money up front when they can take it well they go have to get another website and they cost alot of money unless they got web design bachelor with them they have to pay a few thousand dollars to get another page
