Answered a Free Trial ad, just had to pay shipping. Upon checking out, a window popped stating that I had 15 days to agree to the next billing of $98.77 or call the 1-866-216-9336number to cancel. I did that got an automated confirmation of cancelation. Did not trust this. Selected to talk to a cs. rep. Upon connecting the lady (Daisy 7069). I explained I wanted to cancel. She told me to send the unopened product back. I explained the product I ordered is a Free Trial. How can I try something if it is unopened. She proceeded to SCREAM at me, tell me I am stupid, and told me she was coming to my house to get the money or the product. I told her to stop screaming at ME, and stop taling over me, and explained to her the misconception of her website and the company she works for. She again began to SCREAM at me. I told her I wanted a supervisor, as she clearly has not cs. skills. She said they were in a meeting and no one wants to talk to me. I asked her for a mailing address and her name and id number, she told me no. I insisted, she blurted out the name and number above. I asked her 3 more times to slow down so I could catch what she was SCREAMING at me. I told her nevermind, I would have my credit card company reverse the charges and close my account. With that she said that if I did this, they would find me. What in the world just happened?? This was NUTS! She proceeded to tell me to have a blessed day and hung up. I called right back and got a message that it was after hours and they would not re-open until Monday. I will call back then I guess.
