I was charged twice through pg&e and vista energy marketing lp. on my last bill. I talked to some people about vista energy and signed up for a wholesaler for pg&e.They told me i would savemoney with them but never told me if i would have to switch providers I was the charged the amount of 17.95 twice on a single bill and I don't understand why this happened. A prompt response will be greatly appreciated thank you.
