i took the african mango liqiud as directed. two tablespoons after a meal. 20mins later i started getting sick. stomach felt funny,head felt light. than about 4hours later. the diarrhea and vomiting started. i had the runs for 6days. along with nausea.after 5 more days. i went to the doctors. this has been a horrific time for me.
