I first spoke to an Eric Nelson at KeyOne Solutions, he said they could lower my interest rates, maybe as low as 6% instead of 25%. This was My conformation #47759. Eric gave me a customer service # 888-599-7112, where I was suppost to be able to hear the recorded garranty on tape. Then they had me working with a person called Samantha Tylor at KeyOne Solutions,sometime in June of 2012. I'm not sure of the actual date, but I know it was in June of 2012 and they deducted $998.95 out of my Wells Fargo Visa account. I was told that if they were not able to lower my interest rates on all of my credit cards, that they would refund my $998.95. I was very leary, but according to them they had the agreement recorded and I could call their phone number to verify the recording. I spoke with Samantha several times and she made suggestions on how to pay my credit cards down and they did have my credit report sent to me to verify it's accuracy. But my Credit card interest rates never were lowered. The only thing that changed was one of my credit cards lowered my available credit limit. Then I stopped hearing from Samantha and when I tried to call their phone number, I just received a message that the phone number I was calling was not an active/valid phone number and the $998.95 was never returned to me. I have been unemployed for almost two yrs now, I'm almost 61 yrs old and am having a hard time finding work and my unemployment is about to be ending 5/2013. I really need to be able to get back the money that they took from me and I don't know how or can afford a lawyer to do it. Please HELP ME.
