I purchased a 65 inch Mitsubishi TV in 2010 with a (1) year warranty. Of course as soon as the warranty went out I began to have problems with the TV. At first the lamp went 7/2012 and costed $300 + dollars to fix. Now 2/2013 the motherboard need to be replaced and will cost approximately $500.00+ to fix.

I called the company hoping for some assistance with the cost with a TV that is not a good three years old hoping they would honor there company policies....which states:(1) Corporate social responsibility (2) INTEGRITY AND FAIRNESS and (3) Global understanding thru business. I was told that they could not help me regardless of how much money or how long it has been for repairs.

I will never buy anything that has that name ever again and fill as though they should take out number (2) of the company policy.

So I have paid almost the price of the TV in repairs.
