Communications with Weed-man
Dear Sir or madam,
Communications with Weed Man is a very trying and time-consuming exercise, nobody seems to listen or even read my letters, and all you do is keep harassing me on the phone, and re-sending bills with added interest.
Before I signed up in 2012, I informed your representative of the less than satisfactory service the year before, she guaranteed that I would be 100% satisfied, if I signed up again, she seemed sincere and certainly persuasive , and anyway she recorded the whole conversation anyway, so I said I would give it another chance.
In July, I watched from my upstairs window as the weed man partly sprayed my lawn, I was certainly not happy, after 3 telephone calls informing you of my dissatisfaction with the weeds in my lawn, I have had many promises made, but none kept, the weeds seemed to multiply and are still there, and I have not received the Grub control promised.
On August 7th I wrote and phoned stating that I wished to cancel all future services, this demand obviously fell on deaf ears, as at the end of August, I stopped the weed man from entering my property, and informed him again that the service was cancelled; he spent some time on the phone with his office.
Weed Man may continue to send bills, but I assure them I would not pay them a cent, now or ever, I would rather fight them in court, the company is not ethical
