I ordered this online, and read everything very carefully, understanding that this was a free offer for excelatrim only paying for shipping. I then rec'd another order, which I will return. The customer service representative, Tina told me I had to pay for the original bottle which I thought was free. They will credit the second bottle but they say the charge for the 1st bottle is not refundable. Free, according to Excelatrim is not really free. I feel I have been duped by these people and they should be honest about their version of the "FREE" offer which means not free.

- Call your credit card company and report this. It is consumer fraud and is illegal. They will refund your money and report this to authorities.
