Geeks On Support is a Peruvian Online computer repair company that operates out of Lima Peru.

Geeks On Support was founded by 2 brothers, Juan Perez and Luis Perez, who go by the pseudo names of "Jonathan" and " Rick" when taking calls, and who have had legal problems in the United States, from where they were deported, and or fled to the country of Peru. (Check through any United States / federal background check program).
On the internet, they present themselves as a USA company, located in the USA and operated by Americans, but for anyone who cares to check the FALSE business addresess they have placed along side their online ads, they will see that these addresess, houses and buildings DO NOT EXIST! For you techs that do work for them, take a drive down to where they say their address is located, and all you will find is an empty lot or abandoned house. THEY LIVE AND WORK FROM PERU, ..they are not allowed to enter the United States, they will be arrested if they do.
These 2 brothers, after being deported/fleeing the USA, and then relocating permenantly in Peru, went to work for a computer repair company called Geeks On Site, that has its main call center based in the city of Lima, country of Peru. They were kicked out of Geek Onsite, Luis Perez first, Juan Perez a few weeks later, for, allegedly, "stealing remote subscriptions" from this company. Luis Perez also, months later, would brag about having Geeks Onsite's entire customer list and tech list, which included personal information for individual customer, including customer credit card information. After leaving Geeks On Site, they began looking for work, through an online plaform by the name of Odesk (www.Odesk.com ), where indivdual sales and telephone service providers, living in different parts of the world, are hired by companies of all kind, operating and doing business in any given part of the world.
Through Odesk, they were hired by an American company called Geeks Remote. The owner of Geeks Remote, an American, took both of them in, at first not knowing of the 2 brothers legal problems in the United States, and about their having been kicked out of Geeks On Site. As months went by, the owner didnt at first realize, that these 2 individuals had started working for his company only with the mal intent of learning and copying everything they could. Later, much later, the recorded calls and other evidence were discovered, that showed these guys had been straight out stealing incoming sales calls, and routing all sales to a new company that did the same thing as Geeks Remote, FOR MANY MONTHS.
This new company they established is called Geeks On Support.( www.GeeksOnSupport.com ) and (www.GeeksOnSupportUSA.com )
Because of the months of stolen sales, and the serious head on competition created by having a company that not only competes with Geeks Remote directly, but for for being created EXACTLY THE SAME, even going as far as going to the very same people that created the Geeks Remote website, to design and create their website, ...another Peruvian company of questionable reputation, by the name of D-signerstudio.
By the the time the owner kicked these 2 weasles out, they had been stealing for months, generating tens of thousands of dollars in lost sales and revenue. The company Geeks Remote, was no longer able to operate properly, since its money troubles began when it had goten rid of the only honest phone agent it had once had, Mr Maza, and gave complete control of the phones to these 2 weasels of brothers that even worked and took calls from the same apartment and same phone number in Lima Peru, together, at the same time, stealing day to day..
They copied everything about Geeks Remote, even incorporating the Geeks On Support in the state of Wyoming, only because Geeks Remote had done the same, ...they copied everything except the name...their company has even gone as far as taking all citys and states, and online advertising spaces (keywords) once owned and dominated by Geeks Remote. Even to this day, if anyone care to look, Geeks On Support is poised to steal all incoming traffice from Geeks Remote.

If you care to look, theyre ad in the Jacksonville Florida Yellow page books is an extremly similar copy of the Geeks Remot ad, when the owner of Geeks Remote started giving out military discounts with the American flag showing, ...the nerve of these guys...deported and having fled from the USA to now use the American Flag and military discounts as an excuse to further confuse and steal from American Techs and American customers.
The owner of Geeks Remote later had many of his existing and old customers call him, asking why their bank statements once read Geeks Remote, and now they were reading Geeks On Support! NOTHING LESS THEN CRIMINAL THEFT MY FRIENDS!
So beware, when you deal with Geeks On Support, your dealing with 2 individuals that are not allowed to enter the USA and have been stealing all they can from good people just like you over the last few years.
GEEKS ON SUPPORT ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE UNITED STATES.

HE ISNT LEGALLY ALLLOWED INTO THE UNITED STATES. STOP DOING BUSINES WITH HIM.

I have tried to upload one of the many phone recordings we have of juan and luis perez stealing customers from Geeks Remote and rerouting them to their company, but the your system said the file is too large.

  • When they answer calls, they change their names many times, so today it might be Mark, and tomorrow it will be Jonathan again....but it is always the same voice.
    Look into a dictionary of popular american names for men; in a years time they have gone through the entire dictionary of names, but its still the same guys.

  • My name is Juan Perez,I started work for geeks remote 24/7 on early 2010 , Ended on Mid 2011.
    Prior to me working with geeks remote, I had a good idea of what type of person Jaime was, I knew him personally. I knew he was smart, fair and bit out of control sometimes. We spoke on the phone about life in general, and agreed over the phone when I began that this will be a professional long term relationship as long as we kept it %100 with each other.

    Everything went smoothly for about a year and 6 months, I was top sales agent in his company. Always racked up first in sales, I never missed a day of work and was always rewarded for the extra efforts I made to make a good sale for geeks remote 24/7. I was more then a sales agent, I did extra work for geeks remote….. collections/billing/management. I basically took care of it all.

    Somewhere along the line of late 2010, Jaime began to stop paying onsite techs. Weeks will go by, none of the workers would hear from the owner, and it was clear there was some internal personal issues involved at that time which I will not mention out of respect. Still Jaime promised to keep true to his word, and pay us as long as we performed. I decided to stick around.
    Shortly after, little by little, I started seeing every tech/sale agent/customer service agent/remote tech let go without their pay, It was clear that I was next or at least I had that feeling. I was owed $1,400, I continued to work every day without missing a beat, while Jaime continued his trips around the globe. As days went by, the amount owed to me continued to pile up, one day I discover he was buying plane tickets for friends and spending all funds recklessly in restaurants and rent on big houses (confirmed by the manager and accountant Marylin at the time) while I was still producing for him waiting for my pay.

  • At this time I felt disrespected, and had enough. It was clear he was determined to go bankrupt and leave everyone unpaid (I watched literally every onsite tech/sales agent be dropped without being paid due to “lack of funds“ ,a email sent to me via email a few days after he fired me confirmed he was going to declare bankruptcy on purpose, where Jaime tells me it was not illegal for him to leave everyone unpaid ,Including me). Rick Maza (person who Jaime claims was the only honest agent in the above article) was also let go without his pay, rick would always ask about his pay after being fired to me and marylin (manager at the time) with no answer from Jaime. I felt I was put against the wall and put the pieces together to start my own company. On early 2011, I started to take leads from geeks remote 24/7, for several months, and contacted his ex web designers for work……..until Jaime discovered me and fired me.
    I HAVE NEVER WRONGED GEEKS REMOTE 24/7 PRIOR TO EARLY 2011, I WANT TO MAKE THE VERY CLEAR.
    All this is of course is no excuse for me taking those leads from Jaime, and I went months walking around with a guilty conscience. On Nov 2011, I forwarded him a offer of $4,000 (In which Jaime requested I only forward him a amount close to $3,000)for the leads and a apology letter. Jaime claimed the amount was enough and a agreement was set via email.
    Months aftewards of receiving more threaths and calls (extortion), Jaime now claims I owe him more. To avoid situations likes this the same mistake will not be made of forwarding any amount without a court hearing. After speaking and attempting to reach a resolution with Jaime a few months ago, it is clear he is exaggerating this scenario in attempts to collect from me. He continuous to blog my name and pictures without telling the full story of the events, and has never admitted about the money owed to me till this day.

  • #1) For anyone who cares to look it up, including the courts, the URL geeksonsupport.com was bought through Go Daddy DOmain and hositing company, August of 2010, from someone in Lima Peru, (Where Juan Perez has been living all these years), the person who bought it is an associate of Juan Perez, that placed his name as Eduardo Barriga when making the purchase, ...this was only a few months after Juan Perez started working for Jaime Reyna,...and almost a year till the day Mr Reyna FINALLY found out he was being robbed. Juan Perez, after "officially" starting his Geeks On Support company in 2012, would later "obtain" and buy this URL, bought a year earlier by a Mr Barriga. Mr Perez will later say he has no idea who Eduardo Barriga is, and its a coincidence that the person he later bought the URL from just so happens to be from Lima Peru and purchased it while in Lima Peru and only a few months after starting to work for Jaime.
    Mr Perez will lead you to believe any evidence Mr Reyna shows forth will only be "coincidence". Just like he will want you to believe that he waited to start draining Mr Reyna of incoming sales and funds AFTER Mr Reynas accountant who watched over his business, (Marylin) , had already left by February 2012.....that just so happens to also be the time when he and his brother started stealing from Mr Reyna, and also begins the money problems where Mr Reyna went from many thousand dollars a month,...to less than a thousand. He wants thinks he will be able to lie his way out of this, by puting dates when he was pad through odesk, but Mr Reyna paid him a great majority of money before, during , and after working through odesk...and he did it through Western Union....very easy to prove.
    Mr Perez exagerates to say $1400 was owed to him,..when in reality it was more like 400 something...and Rick Maza, to this day,..only speaks of 90 dollars that was never paid to him.

  • Criminals always have a way of "rationalizing their acts, but in his own words,...you hear Mr Perez say, he stole, and now he runs a very lucrative company, all at the expense of everything he took from Mr Reyna and Geeks Remote.




    #2) So in a nut shell, Mr Perez is saying: " I was wronged by Mr Reyna, so i decided to steal from him and his company, copy his company, and because i did that,..i now own a very lucrative computer repair company, that i just so happen to steal from Mr Reyna, i just so happen to go to his web designers and tell them to recreate the same website theyhad for him; and it just so happens to still compete daily with Mr Reynas website....but thats ok...cause i now live so well, and its all Mr Reynas fault FOR FORCING ME TO STEAL , CHEAT AND COPY MY WAY TO THIS WONDERFUL POSITION I NOW FIND MYSELF IN.

  • #3) Last , but not least,....since this isnt a court of law, but never the less its so good that the public know of who they deal with when dealing with Juan Perez and his Geeks On Support company, .....SOMONE PLEASE ASK MR JUAN PEREZ WHY HE ISNT ABLE TO RETURN TO THE USA?
    Someone please ask Mr Juan Perez and Geeks On Support, what nerve they have of owning and running a company in the USA, dealing every day with USA customers, competing with USA companys, and American citizens,....all while the USA wants nothing to do with him or his brother because of legal troubles they had when they were allowed to visit the United States, many years ago. What right do they have to do this?
    You will hear of legal loop holes, and other ways he has managed to have Geeks On Support slide their way into the American households through these loop holes....but again,...understand,...when dealing with Geeks On Support.....your dealing with an illegal element out of Lima Peru, that even in this post has admited to stealing from an American company.
    AT THE END....DONT TAKE MY WORD FOR IT....LOOK IT ALL UP THROUGH THE POLICE, IMIGRATIONS AND FEDERAL....HIS NAME WILL SHOW UP AS BEING EVERYTHING IVE DESCRIBED HIM TO BE.
    JUAN PEREZ AND HIS GEEKS ON SUPPORT COMPANY,...THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE USA...HE WILL BE ARRESTED IF HE COMES UP HERE!

  • SORRY,...EARLIER I WROTE JAIME REYNAS ACCOUNTANT MARYLIN HAD LEFT BY FEBRUARY OF 2012...WHEN IT WAS ACTUALLY FEBRUARY OF 2011,...THAT IS RIGHT AROUND THE TIME JUAN AND LUIS PEREZ START STEALING LEFT AND RIGHT....SINCE MARYLIN WAS NO LONGER THERE TO CONTROL THE DAY TO DAY DEALINGS OF THE COMPANY...AND YES....MR REYNA WAS GOING THROUGH A VERY DIFFICULT TIME IN HIS LIFE....ALL THE MORE REASON TO STEAL FROM HIM!....SINCE HE WAS SO WEAK AT THE TIME AND WASNT PAYING ATTENTION

  • One last thing , for the record, Juan kept "working " for Mr Reyna at the end even though at that point Mr Reyna had told him He would have to pay him in parts since Mr Reyna wasn't making enough to pay full amounts,.....he gladly and happily agreed,....why wouldn't he?At that point he was robbing Mr Reyna blind by stealing all of Geeks Remotes incoming sales calls. What a low life, to now attempt to look like the victim,...to now make it seem like the honest employee stealing and creating his own lucrative business in the name of righteousness.

  • Also....notice that Juan Perez agrees that he was stealing sales from Geeks Remote from early 2011 to mid 2011,....does anyone here have any idea the thousands of dollars that means were taken from Geeks Remote?
    The reason Mr Reyna first agreed to 3 grand was because at first Juan Perez wasnt forth coming about how long he had stolen....and Mr Reyna wouldnt uncover even more evidence till much later...in 2012...by then not only had Mr Reyna uncovered many more thousands of dollars stollen....by then he also realized that Geeks On Support was completly drowning and suffocating Geeks Remote online,,....my consistantly out bidding and using the same online marketing gimics and keywords Geeks Remote was using....now i ask any decent person out there reading this as if it had been done to you...and STILL being done to you?

  • Only 1 person "jreyna" has problem with juan perez. Because same person posted all the bad reviews. Guys I am also working with juan and he is an honest. He did not play with me every he is providing very good services. Even I always recommend to my friends to choose his services. He is really a technically minded and always solve all the problems in seconds. I don't know why people abominate to a successful man.

  • This is Jaime Reyna, and yes, if an injustice of this magnitude had been served upon you, im sure you would also take steps to see that justice is served, and a monetary compromise is established and met. For the record, Juan and I have come to an agreement recently, and i am no longer at odds with the company he created while taking from mine. We have agreed to coexist and no further problems will arise so long as nothing like this, or any sabatoge ever happens again. We would like to have these adverse ads taken off the internet, since as i stated before, my company is no longer at odds with his since he has recently apologized, paid, and agreed to pay a certain amount of money to us in a certain amount time.Thanks

  • If you had done to you...what he did to me...you wouldn't be talking like this im 100% sure....on the contrary...you , like me would be seeking justice.
    Its only human nature...don't try to turn the facts around because the facts stand alone...his company was built through mine and was built while stealing and taking from mine.

    Having said that, Juan and I have come to an agreement recently, and i am no longer at odds with his company since he has settled with me, and has paid and is paying me for the damages aforementioned.
    So long as he never does this again, and so long as there is no future sabotage, i will no longer have a problem with Juan or his company again.
    I would like these comments and ads to be removed from the internet, since this dispute has recently been settled.
