I have spent hours reading all the pages of information to do Work At Home (WAH University, as a Search Engine Agent). It was supposed to take me to a "Certification" site to learn the job. Other things offered were 1. Immediate placement after getting "certified". 2. Access to "Startup Freedom Club with resources. 3. Official quick start guide. 4. One-on-One consultation with an adviser. 5. Free lifetime email customer support.
I have been online almost 24 hours now. Immediately after sending my Credit Card info, I was told to log in at the website ... BUT ... it did not recognize my email address (though in their confirmation my email was included!)
I could not access either of the websites given in the confirmation email. I called their "Customer Care" phone # (877-915-5908) but the rep could not hear me. The line initially sounded like there were several calls on the same line; the next call was picked up but no one would answer me -> hang up; 3rd call I was asked to speak "louder" -> I had to yell into the phone & the rep repeated what she thought I said but she didn't get info correct. She said my conversation was "breaking up." The "Customer Care" appears to be inefficient.
With all the trouble, I decided to cancel my order. I told her I was in the process of filing a complaint & she understood I wanted to cancel & did so.
Then she asked if I was "so & so" & that was not me ... evidently someone else had my same order #. Fortunately, I copied my payment confirmation that showed everything on it.
Bottom line is I spent hours (& hours) & didn't get what I thought I was signing up for. Never got to "sample" the work. I'm willing to work for a legitimate company. It's out there somewhere!!
