I made a reservation for a room and had to cancel the same day i made it. I have called customer service and have been told that it has been credited back to my card, but it has not,they charged me another 1.oo. seriously people can check statement every 10 minutes. I would strongly suggest nobody use this company to make reservations go to the hotel site it self.or use priceline i have had very good service with them
