Order # G1003966 dated 6/24/2012 was not received. Re-order placed but it was not delivered. After numerous attempts via company online helpdesk which included promises that the refund would be processed, the refund has not been issued. This information was submitted to the state consumer services office without any resolution. An email was sent to the corporate email asking for information on this refund but it has not even been acknowledged.
