This product (Mizulean)was advertised on Facebook. The add offered a "free trial" of Mizulean for which a reduced "charge" of $4.95 for shipping costs was applied to my credit card. It was only once I received a bottle of Mizulean in the mail, that I was informed that I would automatically be billed for the "free" use of this product taken during the trial period if I did not return the empty bottle with whatever product was unused.... with the added cost of over $15 to ship this package back.
Not only was the product falsely advertised to be a "free trial", it was also advertised to "increase enjoyment of life every single day" because of its health benefits. Instead of feeling better every day, I experienced severe headaches and bloating from this product of which both were very uncomfortable. Needless to say, nowhere in the letter sent with the product was a money back guarantee offered to dissatisfied customers...
The promised "no hastles" cancelation process was another false claim. The wait time on the phone for a representative to take my call to cancel exceeded 45 minutes. Once the operator took my call, I was solicted for 20 minutes more to sign up for another offer. Apart from this, was of course the hassle of packaging and posting and sending back the bottle.
As if this was not bad news enough, I checked out the Mizulean.com website to discover that the promise of being able to contact this company via email was also falsely claimed, as the link was not enabled....
Not only do I hope this scam is stopped, but also that charges are laid against this company, if in fact, it does exist!
