a booked a room and received to booking numbers, assuming they would resolve the issue i attempted to make an upgrade! I emailed customer service to explain my situation, they replied suggesting i resolve my problem using "manage your booking" only manage your booking does not allow me to make any changes. i received 3 seperate charges for 1 room.
