On the date above me and my wife rented a 3bd room home in El Paso Central area and got the hotest house in El Paso. We have no AC, as we where told that we could put one as to our liking and to fit our needs. One week passed and gave 500 dlls deposit and 250dlls for an ac that was goin g to be placed, but never hapend the lady Maria, told me and my wife that the city Of EL Paso TX, does not alow her to put an ac on thios house without a permit by the city. She said not one time but every time she ended a sentence, that the city of EL Paso tx will finen her a grate amount of money if she put one on. We then asked for the 250dlls back, she said she cant because its not her its the city Of EL Paso that we should get incontact with to get the money, (Inappropriate Content Removed) I did not know that the city sold AC, I wonder If its a master cool!!.
