I recently paid $19.99 as a monthly fee to join their VIP club on one of their online games/apps through Facebook called The Pioneer Trail.

Immediately upon completing the transaction, the XP I had earned in the game reset to a much lower level. XP stands for Experience points in the game. I basically had 72 million and change and it reset to 20,000,000. This represents months and months of my time to progress in the game.

They replied to my complaint email (all can be provided if requested) claiming they couldn't verify that I indeed had this amount and refused to return the XP I had lost. Of course they made NO mention that they would return my money either, which I demanded them to do if they refused to correct this issue, which they did.

To me, this is basically theft of my time to progress in the game. It is definitely fraud to take my money and they screw me.

Please let me know what can be done about this.
