We made a reservation online through hotelsone.com on 1/31/13 for a one night stay in Lynchburg on 2/6/13. On 2/4/13 at 7 pm., we learned of the death of a close friend that will prevent us from leaving for out trip this week. When I called hotelsone.com on 2/4/13 at 7:15pm, the agent told me that she could not cancel even though it was more than 24 hours notice. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she told me that her supervisor would say the same thing; she then suggested that I try to sell the reservation to a friend. It goes without saying that we will not be dealing with this company again. Very dissatisfied!
