I received a check from them for the amount of $985.50. the letter that I received with it said that I won the money from online lottery. So I went to Rainelle, Wv to Summit Community Bank and opened a checking account and deposited the money on September 8, 2011. then I wrote three checks in the amount of $373.00 on September 12,2011. Then the bank called me today {September 14,2011} and said the check came back bad. Now the bank wants there money back and I do not have any money. I don't even have a job. I was doing all of this to get help paying for collage and to pay my bills. There is two names on the letter: Davis Michel {president of the company} and Barbara Brown {claim agent}. I called the number provided on the letter and spoke to a lady. she ask what the check number was so I called the bank on my cell phone while I had that other lady on the house phone, then the lady got extremely hateful and hung up on me. I kept trying to call back and now she wont answer my phone calls. I do not know what to do about this problem, but the Bank wants me to pay back the money and I don't have it and They are going to get me into trouble if I don't pay it back.
