In my normal day to day check of my account found a POS Withdrawal for $49.95, which I did not have any recollection of having authorized. Upon trying to contact the merchant number provided, 8033493027, only to find it was disconnected. So I researched at http://www.numberinvestigator.com, and found that numerous people are being hit by this company. Most have purchased in the last year from other companies online (examples I read were- Everbrite Smiles, RESV-POWER.COM, HD Concepts, healthandbeautylibrary.com, Maximum Burn Xtreme, etc.). Over and over I read "If you ordered something like vitamins from the web last year, they are holding on to your information, watch your accounts."
I contacted my bank, where I was told, this is a situation where it is pertinent to close my card ASAP and they also had me go to the branch to complete a dispute.
