I purchased this phone in November. The boost mobile store said it had calibration problems the first week I owned it. Went back two weeks later and again, same problem. Then after they said fixed, we called with the same problem. Then, I was told too late for the store to fix and I had to go to Samsung. To make this short, we sent this phone back three times as of today, 2/1/13 and we were told that they would not return our money, that they would just give us a call and let us know what we need to do about the phone. We haven't heard from Samsung as of this time 6:00pm. We called them and were transferred multiple times and left on hold for a total of almost 2 hours each time we had to return the phone. Now three times and because I refused to print my own label that was sent to my personal email, they said they would pay for the shipping. We still did not get the reimbursement for shipping. No where did the contract say that I would have to pay for shipping of their junk phone.
