I had a $13.00 charge on my Roger's bill for my iPhone from MoTime. I never even heard of them and when I called to inquire they said that I had downloaded a ringtone. I told her I did no such thing and have never downloaded a ringtone in my life. I asked her to refund my money and she refused and said it is non refundable. I told her but I did not download a ringtone. And she said someone on your end did. I said this is not possible and this is a scam and that I would be contacting Rogers and iPhone. It's terrible that these guys are ripping people off!
