I arrived in Germany on 1/28/2013 and I attempted to use the phone in the airport with my card. An option offered was to press '9' to find out the charges for the call. However, they would not tell me the cost of the call, just kept asking for my card code. I could not complete my call because I was not dialing the right amount of numbers. I checked my bank account to see that there is a charge for $42.10 charging me for a phone call that I did not actually connect. From all the complaints that I see, this company is simply a rip off. How does the German government continue to allow this company to operate???
