I would like to make a complaint about a company named Hydra Fund who placed $300.00 in my account in November of 2012 and are trying garnish and serve a summons to me in reference to this action. I have never signed or ask for a pay day loan at all. They have no documentation with my signature at all. They are saying that my I.P. address on this computer shows that I e-filed an application and I never have. They are harassing me constantly. This is unreal.
