In November 2012 I ordered a large quantity of items from nomorerack as Christmas presents. I ordered 3 pairs of what they are call UGGs. I received one pair that were the right size, color, but they were NOT UGGs. I NEVER received one of the pairs of boots. I then received a second pair that I ordered that were not even close to what I ordered so I sent them an email and asked if I could get the correct pair. They asked that I send them back and that they were having problems with that particular supplier. I did as they asked, I packed them up and sent them back. When I asked about getting reimbursed for the shipping cost they said that they only do store credit. I said that I was not happy with my experience with this company and do not wish to have store credit as I will NEVER order from them again! I asked to speak to a supervisor and the agent told me that they were busy, I asked for the Corporate office phone number and address, they said they did not have this available to them. I found the corporate office phone number and tried to call but it is all automated and when you search for names it rings and goes to a voice mail. Last week I received a pair of boots in the mail that were the wrong size and again the wrong style. I do not think that I will ever see the money that I spent on returning the boots. On one good note I did get reimbursed for the boots that I had to return and the ones that I NEVER received. Overall this company seems like a scam with crappy products. I did receive the other things that I ordered but the quality was very cheap. DO NOT ORDER FROM NOMORERACK.COM!
