I received an official looking letter advising me of a prize award of $2,536,092.23 pending payment. In this letter I am asked to initial obvious incidentals and then sign certifying these facts. I (in addition) am asked to send $20.00 in cash, check, or money order payable to "FAA". I researched this activity only to find it has been going on for at least a couple of years. I would like to know what legally is being done to stop these individuals...?

- If anyone ever needed to be jailed for life...theses creeps are prime candidates. I hope there is justice for those unfortunate individuals whom fell for this cruel scam.
