I thought I had contacted Dell customer service, with problems with my laptop keybaord, keys freezing up all the time, forcing me to shut down all the time. I kept on saying to the rep that I had bought a service agreement when I purchased my dell a year and a half ago, and kept on asking him to check my record on file-referring him to my order number or purchase ID no., but he kept on saying that the warranty had lapsed and that there were no other records of any service agreement, and he discussed all the things that were allegedly wrong with my computer, allegedly causing poor performance and that I needed a service agreement before they could help me and that we should not waste any more time. When I received the receipt by email, it became clear that I was dealing with Qresolve, not Dell customer service and that I was misled very craftily into purchasing a three-year service agreement. I immediately asked for my money back, when a supervisor was finally put on, he said he will submit my request.
