I ordered box set of Highway to Heaven last August. It has never arrived. I exchanged several e-mails with them. They claim to have sent a second set, but neither have arrived. I have suggested they just refund my money which they took at the time. Now they don't answer my e-mails - I haven't heard anything from them since 11/26/12.
