On 01/26/13 I received a W-2 for 2012 showing I earned 694.50 of which 38.59 was deducted for Federal income tax, 29.17 for SSI, 10.07 for Medicare, and 2.42 for State income tax.I have never worked for this company. I have never even heard of this company. What should I do?

- I received one as well and I did some research because I didn't recognize the company either. It is Sunflower Staffing and the name has changed to Tallgrass Talent. No worries, your W2 is good. Sunflower Staffing is a valid company that I have worked for a few times. I hope you read this comment and are now at ease!
